Monthly meetings are held on the last Sunday of each month. The meeting commences at 11 AM with an informal gathering over tea and coffee, followed by a brief housekeeping meeting at 11:30, and then at 11:45 a guest speaker will address the group. Following his /her address and questions, lunch is provided for a small fee ($10) and the meeting finishes around 2 PM, allowing time for flying activities in the afternoon.
Committee meetings are held on the Thursday at 1900 hrs prior to the meeting (last) Sunday of each month at the club rooms. Members are invited to submit items for discussion to any committee member at any time.
