Catering Roster
Duty Guide

Arrive at 10.00 am  

  • Plug in yellow electrical cord mens toilet (hot water)
  • Fill and turn on 2 urns
  • Set up for morning tea – approx 25 mugs, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, cake/slice/biscuit
  • Clean bathrooms – sweep floor, check toilet paper, clean toilets, put out clean towels
  • Put liner in rubbish bin
  • Prepare food for lunch – ie chop up lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, butter bread, prepare meat etc
  • Set up for lunch – plates on table, sauces, money bucket, cutlery, serviettes etc

11.00am                    Guest speaker

12.00 – 12.30            Commence cooking BBQ

1.00pm                      Lunch

After Lunch

  • Clean up  - clear lunch table, dishes, wipe down tables

Before leaving

  • Empty urns, general tidy up, empty rubbish bin, unplug hot water cord

NOTES:

Please bring something to share for morning tea

Food for lunch will be purchased by Aero Club Committee member and available on day
