EGAC Membership Application Form

I desire to be accepted as a Member of the East Gippsland Aero Club Incorporated (the Club) and request that you process my application in accord with the Club rules and processes. In consideration of me being accepted as a Member of the Club and being granted the facilities of Membership, and before flying in any Club aircraft or taking part in any Club activities I confirm that I have read and agree to the Memorandum and Articles of Association, Club by-laws, Rules and Regulations; and I further agree to, observe, perform and be governed by the same, and by any amendments thereof or additions that may be made thereafter. I hereby exonerate and indemnify the Club its officials, employees or members from and against all liabilities for any damage or injury sustained by me or my aircraft in the course of, or in connection with any activities undertaken by the Club, or for any damage or injury sustained by any person carried in any aircraft flown by me, or in connection with activity associated with such aircraft. The first year's membership fee of $60 must be paid to activate your membership once approved by the committee.
